Happy October! I set out this month to make a fun, little pumpkin scrubby. And instead, I created a pattern, made with scrubby yarn, that I'll be using for decor instead! Want to make your own scrubby or textured home decor? Check out the pumpkin scrubby crochet pattern below.
I'd love to see yours! Feel free to post on the Crystalized Designs Facebook page, in the Facebook group, or tag me on IG (@crystalizeddesigns)!
Why Crocheted Scrubby Patterns?
December 2019 started my crocheted dish cloth craze with the Melted Snowman Scrubby! This year, there's a new crocheted scrubby every month, forever free on the blog. This year-long project will give us a chance to create a new one every month, as well as replace our previous one, but also use up that scrubby yarn we have on hand. Because if you’ve made any before, you know that a little ball of scrubby yarn can make MANY projects! Get those hooks ready because we're already at scrubby #10! Find all scrubby patterns here.

Thread yarn needle with long end. Weave through last 10 stitches and pull tight to close. Secure. Insert hook through woven together stitches and through the bottom of the magic circle. Wrap around side of pumpkin and back through the woven stitches. Pull tight.
Now repeat on the opposite side (across from the first). This should separate the pumpkin in two.
