After working up the Radiant Tee, I found I absolutely love designing clothing. When Thomasina from Thomasina Cummings Designs said she wanted to do a stitch collaboration, I was very excited at the opportunity! I love designing but I also love working with others to bring out amazing patterns! If you remember back to Thomasina’s post to vote for a certain stitch, the ‘Openwork & Lace’ stitch won from www.mypicot.com. And now check out the lacy summer tee crochet pattern below.
I was ecstatic to work with this stitch! A few months prior, I tested Danyel Pink Design’s Lindsay Slouch and fell in love the the design. It is still one of my favorite winter hats!  I wanted to work a smaller item for this collaboration since I already have multiple designs I’m working on, but nothing seemed to turn out the way I wanted. So I started another shirt. This time I wanted something with a positive ease; loose arms, waist length, boat neck…
At first, I hated the design. And it wasn’t until I put on the completed garment that I truly fell in love with it. I love the flexibility in the arms… to me, this is the perfect dancing shirt!
