With 20 exquisite colors, this 2 ply lace weight thread can be used for a variety of projects. The soft, silky feel of this 100% cotton thread will make anyone swoon over it! I’ve used a few ‘stiff’ threads before but this isn’t even in the slightest, which makes it perfect for projects that will be touching the skin. And if thread isn’t in your stash, you definitely need to get some Curio!
Would I buy Crayola Cakes Again?
Absolutely! If you’re a fan of crochet thread, this is one that you’ll want to try… and then keep stocked! This is my first thread design and I have to admit, designing with thread was outside of my comfort zone… until now! I attempted four very different designs but ended up going back to my second. My passion is for designing garments, and after a bit of playing with Curio, I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to create a garment with this luxurious thread.
