Special Pattern Notes:
This pattern is worked in the round continuously. Use a stitch marker to keep track of the first or last stitch. Working in the round reduces ends to weave in and allows for a nice backing. Plastic canvas can be inserted before closing so the wall hanging keeps its shape better when hung.
This pattern uses crochet, weaving, and fringe techniques. Find how to add fringe here. To see a video tutorial of how to weave, check out the Pot of Gold Wall Hanging.
The wall hanging is worked from the top down. Stitch counts include chains.
Embellishments may include, but are not limited to:
Bells, floral/greenery, mistletoe, pinecones, tassels, shells, stones, air succulents, wooden cutouts, etc

Fringe
With Color E, cut 26” lengths and add fringe to last round entire way around. Two strands were held together in picture for each fringe. If using thinner yarn, more will be needed.
Bunny
Using roving, separate lengthwise in two. Bunny will be worked in chain 1 spaces. The shape the chain 1 spaces make is more of a triangle. Create more of a circular bunny butt shape by loosely weaving in the upper area.
Tape ends of roving to keep from fraying. Weave roving in a circular shape from inside to outside of the chain 1 spaces.
Hot glue ends of roving on inside of wall hanging.
Hot glue or sew top of terra cotta pot on both sides of bunny butt.
Cut 2 pieces of roving approximately 2” in length and glue for back feet sticking out of pot. Make sure to glue ends of cut roving. Cut small pieces of Color D and use to make pads on back feet.
Using a very thin piece of roving, spin around one finger several times to create a tail. Hot glue on bunny’s butt.

Sew or hot glue on wall hanging.
Finishing
